Sep – Dec 2024: Comparative Genomics 2 – Informatics, Graduate-Level Course, Richard Gilder Graduate School, American Museum of Natural History. Led a graduate course for six Ph.D. students on computational tools for processing and analyzing NGS data. Course Repository.

Jan – May 2019: Special Topics in Molecular Phylogenetics, Graduate-Level Seminar, Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine, Temple University. Selected seminar topics and led discussion sessions on advanced molecular phylogenetics.

Mentoring and training experience

Apr – Dec 2025: Graduate Research Training, American Museum of Natural History, Richard Gilder Graduate School. Provided guidance to Nicolas Cazzaniga and George Popovici on phylogenetic analysis of NGS data across several advisory sessions.

2019 – 2020: Undergraduate Research Mentorship, Temple University. Supervised four undergraduate students (Mary Kate Durnan, Jonathan Falciani, Roshni Vadher, Sara Vahdatshoar) on independent research projects in molecular evolution.
