Sep – Dec 2024: Comparative Genomics 2 – Informatics, Graduate-Level Course, Richard Gilder Graduate School, American Museum of Natural History. Led a graduate course for seven Ph.D. students on computational tools for processing and analyzing NGS data. Course Repository.

Jan – May 2019: Special Topics in Molecular Phylogenetics, Graduate-Level Seminar, Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine, Temple University. Selected seminar topics and led discussion sessions on advanced molecular phylogenetics.

Mentoring experience

2019 – 2020: Undergraduate Research Mentorship, Temple University. Supervised four undergraduate students (Mary Kate Durnan, Jonathan Falciani, Roshni Vadher, Sara Vahdatshoar) on independent research projects in molecular evolution.
